Each month focuses on a specific theme explored through:
weekly live teaching and guided integration
space for reflection rather than forced sharing
intentional pauses that allow the work to settle over time
This is not a course with a start and end date.
It is a living, cyclical process you can enter at any time.
How the Membership Works
Members gather weekly via live Zoom sessions centered around a monthly theme.
Each month includes:
Three live sessions (60–75 minutes each)
One Integration Week with no live session, allowing space for reflection and nervous-system regulation
Session replays available while your membership is active
Participation is always optional. Cameras may be on or off, and speaking or sharing is never required.
Listening is enough.
