These practices are intended to support nervous-system regulation and emotional settling. They can be used before or after sessions, or anytime you feel the need to ground.

These prompts are invitations for self-inquiry. There is no right way to respond. You are not expected to journal regularly or deeply unless it feels supportive to you.
Integration Reminders
Integration does not happen through effort or urgency.
It happens through noticing, repetition, and allowing the work to settle over time.
