Membership Launch

This is an ongoing, trauma-informed membership devoted to shadow work, ancestral awareness, and intentional integration. The work itself is not bound to a start line or timeline.

Members may join at any time and move through the material at a pace that honors their capacity, life circumstances, and integration needs. There is no requirement to “catch up,” and no disadvantage to entering the space after the initial launch.

This is not a cohort-based program. It is a living, evolving container designed to support steady, embodied engagement over time.

This is a private, monthly membership space for those who feel called to explore emotional patterns, inherited conditioning, and unconscious responses with clarity, care, and depth.

The work is paced, reflective, and cumulative.
It is designed to support sustainable healing rather than urgency, performance, or constant emotional processing.

One pass, endless possibilities

What This Is

The Shadow & Lineage Healing Circle is an ongoing container that blends shadow work, ancestral awareness, and nervous-system-informed integration.

Each month focuses on a specific theme explored through:

Collective Holding

Weekly live teaching and guided integration

Somatic Presence

Space for reflection rather than forced sharing

Embodied Continuity

Intentional pauses that allow the work to settle over time

Evolving Support

An ongoing container designed to support steady engagement rather than quick resolution.

How Live Sessions Are Held

Though there is a start date, there is no end date for this journey.
It is a living, cyclical process you can enter at any time.

Live sessions are teaching- and reflection-based rather than just Q&A-driven. The structure emphasizes listening, guided inquiry, and integration rather than interactive discussion.

This format is intentional and supports depth, pacing, and nervous-system safety.

How the Membership Works

Members gather weekly via live Zoom sessions centered around a monthly theme.

Each month includes:

  • Three live sessions (60–75 minutes each)

  • One Integration Week with no live session, allowing space for reflection and nervous-system regulation

  • Session replays available while your membership is active

Participation is always optional. Cameras may be on or off, and speaking or sharing is never required.

Listening is enough.

This Space May Be Supportive If You…

This membership may be a good fit if you:

  • notice persistent emotional or relational patterns

  • are interested in how family, lineage, and inherited conditioning shape your present life

  • feel the deepest questions aren’t held by insight alone

  • sense that family or ancestry shapes your inner life

  • long for steadiness rather than quick fixes

  • value pacing, reflection, and integration over performance

  • are living in scarcity and lacking abundance

  • unknowingly limit yourself from success and abundance

  • lack order, consistency, and conviction revolving around your success, goals, and dreams

  • know/believe you have repressed unhealed trauma

  • want depth without pressure or performative vulnerability

This space is not designed for crisis support, rapid transformation, or therapeutic replacement.

It does not replace ongoing medical, psychiatric, or mental health care. If you are currently under the supervision or care of a licensed medical or mental health professional, you are encouraged to continue that care alongside your participation here.

This membership is intended to support reflection, awareness, and integration, and should be engaged as a complementary practice rather than a substitute for professional treatment.

This Space Is Not Designed For

This space is not designed for crisis support, emergency intervention, or as a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional, you are encouraged to continue that care alongside this work.

The Shadow & Lineage Healing Circle is a reflective and integrative space. It supports awareness, responsibility, and long-term inner work—not rapid transformation or crisis stabilization.

Members are expected to respect confidentiality and the integrity of the container.

You do not need to “catch up” or join at a specific time.
Themes and sessions are designed to be revisited and integrated over time.

If you’re already a member, you can log in to access the space.

About the Facilitator

Afimaye Galarraga (Coach AFI G)

Ancestral Healer | Spiritual Technician | Soul Alchemist

This space is facilitated and held by Afimaye Galarraga, a long-time practitioner of shadow work, ancestral awareness, and integrative spiritual inquiry. His work centers on shadow integration, ancestral awareness, and the emotional patterns that shape how we relate—to ourselves, to others, and to the past we carry.

Rather than instructing or directing, he facilitates spaces of reflection, responsibility, and integration. The work is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating the conditions where deeper awareness can be held over time.

This Circle is shaped with care for pacing, nervous-system regulation, and respect for each participant’s process. This membership is also shaped by years of lived practice, community work, and a commitment to trauma-informed pacing. The emphasis is on depth, discernment, and allowing insight to emerge over time rather than forcing outcomes.
