Each practice includes a guided audio meditation and a downloadable reflection PDF to support integration at your own rhythm. The reflections are not assignments or requirements — they are invitations to notice, name, and integrate what unfolds over time.
Each practice can be returned to multiple times. Integration unfolds through repetition, safety, and presence — not urgency.
These recordings are intended to be used outside of live spaces, at your own pace, and in a manner that respects your capacity.
They are not replacements for therapy, psychiatric support, or medical care.
