These sessions include teaching, guided integration, and reflective practice related to the monthly theme. Cameras are optional. Speaking or sharing is never required.

Please note: The fourth week of each month is an Integration Week.

There is no live session during this time. This pause is intentional and supports deeper emotional and nervous-system integration of the work.
