Monthly Themes

This membership unfolds through monthly thematic focus rather than isolated sessions.

Each theme is explored over time, allowing space for understanding, integration, and repetition. There is no expectation to complete or master a theme within a single month.

Monthly Structure

Each month includes three live sessions related to the monthly theme.

The fourth week is reserved as an Integration Week. There is no live session during this time. This pause is intentional and supports deeper emotional and nervous-system integration of the work.
